Icon14 Project: Cracked grill

Okay was as in my other thread "The future is near" It showed off the grill I picked up. Well I went back over to josh's today and he got started on the prep work. Got the crack sealed and the grill sanded down. Next will be another full sanding and then some primer. Hopefully get it finished next weekend paint and all. Realized I didn't get any before pics of the crack, but oh well lol.

Next weekend we will sand it again. Primer/wet sand and then paint it and clear it.

Lol dude. I would never use filler ON a car if the filler wasn't supposed to go on the car haha.

Looks like a good project though.

but to do it I gotta cut those bars, is there a way to cleanly cut across there or should I just get a 05 grill?

Yes there is. Buy my stock grille and repaint it. You dont want to cut your grill.

I was talking about you doing the body work on the grille while its sitting on the trunk of another car. I'd be afraid of getting filler on the car.
