Yeah just needs to hurry up and not be winter. I. Think im going to order a small c-notch today. so my rear axle can be static low and not hit the frame all the time.

some updated pics/progress.

-Made a new back wall with amp'd Alpine 6x9's and front 3-4" round speakers. I wanted to use the 6x8 components I've had for the ranger for the front, but there just isnt any room in this truck for front speakers really. Each 6x9 ha its own boxed area into the wall.

-Put on my new weber carb (runs real nice now)

-Put on the header I've had for a while as well.

-fixed the gas leak I had. Took the bed off and found it was a hardline out of the tank and with the motor on it was pissing a nice pin hole or larger stream of gas out. So that mixed with the new carb I have alot of mileage back in the truck.

-Got bored and decided to paint the rims with the rest of the wheel paint I had from doing my Ranger rims.

Things I want/need to do is fix the dent someone in a parking lot put in my front bumper and repaint it all. And maybe someday fix some of the dents in the body and repaint it to black again, or pick a new color scheme. Also need to get the driverside headlight attached better.

I have yet to get a tank through it with all the new stuff done. But so far its looking much better. should be in the 27-30mpg range anyways, I was only in the 18-19 range before. pissing gas and a carb just dumping fuel in.

Thanks guys! It needed some attention and work done that I had been putting off for a while. Might get the exhaust remade header back professionaly,so its sound and solid. Not sure on a muffler or exit yet though

Looks good. Did you buy the stock gunmetal rims? Or paint the ones you had?
