replacing the rotors

doing a replacement of my rotors the ones that are up there now are stock found some on ebay that are from summit racing anyone used these on a 2001 ford ranger edge 4.0v6 sohc ? trying not to go stock as in not "cross drilled" and was wondering are these good rotors to invest in?
