Heres mine...Im re-painting it this winter, House of Kolor Pearl White with Brandy Wine Marbleized flames, with a black pinstripe. Everyones got black now-a-days so itll be the 3rd paint job on the bike.

nice bike. I really like working on motorcycles now. everything is nice and easy to work on with it being smaller, and more simple in construction. I think i might pick up another bike, its a seca 650, with a 4 to 1 and i'll turn it into a cafe/street fighter type bike.

I still have some more 7/8 tube to make a couple more sets of bars. i'm going to try a couple styles out.
I need those bars. You have any info on that bike? like where I can get those bars? Or some measurements on your bars? Another couple questions. What did you do with the bars that came on your bike? and You got some info on that homemade seat?

hey sorry i finally saw this Andrew. Those bars are just some quad or dirtbike take offs i think. and i still have my stock bars. My seat is the stock one chopped up to the shape i wanted and then i recovered it and added some foam around the back for a slight lip.

Dont worry about it, I got everything figured out now. I had a set of Dirtbike bars laying around that I used. And I ended up just buying a seat. Check my thread I posted some newish pictures. I finally got my new rear tire on the bike ill have to grab some pics it looks 10x better

got it running ok after some fresh gas and simple carb cleaning. Needs a tune-up still but atleast it stays running now. The engine wants to stick on a rev for a little bit when you get on the throttle so its a sketchy ride, but I couldnt resist!

I don't know why but that ride video made me chuckle.

Just Andy cruising by... and then Andy cruising by again. Haha...

Anyway, bike looks good. Glad to see it's up and running.

Throttle still sticking? Check and make sure that the throttle needles don't have carbon built up on or around them, I had that problem on an old Honda 650

Sounds like it is running good now.

Just a question... I don't care one way or another, but is it legal to not have mirrors on a cycle in MN? I have no idea as I've never been a cycle guy. Just curious. But damn it's a good looking bike. Nicely done Andy.

yeah I think you need atleast one. But its one of those hardly enforced laws. Lots of choppers etc out there have no blinkers or mirrors, not sure how many of them catch hell for it though.

Little update. I cleaned my carbs and replaced some bad o-rings and gaskets and the carbs perform great now. No leaking gas or not getting it to idle, also fixed my petcock diaphram. I still have some hanging rev issues but I'm still trying to figure that out, makes my brain hurt. But I ride it around my house here and there and it rides awesome besides having to brake the bike with the trans because of the hanging revs sometimes. So as soon as I fix that I'm golden.

Here are a few pics from today and of my tank after flap-discing it and clearing it for now. Maybe will fill the badge holes and paint it in the future but for now I like rocking this.
