Yeah I think its gotta have some flares, the newer tailgate(ranger) emblem and maybe the fx4 stickers. Between doing the 4wd swap last month and the black paint I like the truck alot better even though gas mileage took a dump from the 4wd swap.

i do agree that some kind o decal on the back there would really finish it off, i just think the FX4 decals are a little bit of a mis-representation... something a little different, like the ones i showed...

Yeah thats one reason why I think the flares would tie it together, They would match up with the valance.

I'd love to have a set of the new style flares with the external fake rivets but they are hard to find, I might end up putting on those 98-00 style because I already have a set...lol

The only improvement I can really see now is suspension, it still has a 2WD look it bc of the suspension.

Don't put the 98-00 flairs on it. Wait and get some 01+ flairs. The only thing I don't like about the 98-00 flairs is how they dip in at the edge of the flair from the body line up.

Well it was an edge and I did crank the bars a little to level it out but I don't think it looks 2wd, it does have 31"s

Yeah if I put them on I would probably paint them the grey color and maybe replace them with newer style at some point
