I saw you post somewhere else about the tow hooks. forget them, weld in a hitch up front. that bumper looks way better than the stepside one haha

now it needs tint

Thanks Pedro, and I really want to do the front hitch its soooo badass! especially with a beast d ring. I just need some more info to go off of. Any insight is appreciated lol.

As for the tint. if I don't pay to have that done professionally that is surely something I would F-up. If you wanna help me do the fronts i'm game. First I gotta get my rims and tires. I'm thinking the Ion Alloy 174's in 15x8 with the Grabber Red Letters in 33x12.50.

wheels and tires are a must lol. the hitch is easy, just get any straight bar hitch (i've used a chevy 1500 hitch both times) and then cut it down to size and weld it in between the frame rails and onto the weak front cross member. I don't mind helping do the fronts. tint is $20 too so its not bad

traded my stepside bumper for this one. It's in awesome condition and has no dents which was killing me about the other one. Just painted the plastic, which was also gray.

thanks guys!

I had a little rubbing when i went for my first drive so i pulled over into a parking lot to check it out. turns out i rubbed on my drivers side fender flair (right on the corner), and the front valence on both sides. After a quick few snips with the nippers, zero rubbing. even at full lock going over a small bump, and in reverse.

The gap on the passenger is smaller then the gap on the driver. By the fender, the corner.

cranked the torsion bars to get about an inch more up front and made some rear gap guards out of an old treadmill belt.

I did two but i feel like three would be the best. I still have a good amount left over so i might end up throwing another on. says in the instructions for two or more if necessary. guess it depends on how heavy you lay it on.
