I have an issue with my wipers, they are not working. I have replace the wiper motor four times and still didn't work. I have check the fuses and relays one before and I checked my wiring at the switch and at the plug and it is all good its all hot a grounded. Today I check the relays and they were not hot when I have the key on. I need wiper soon please help.

1995 Ranger uses the GEM module, behind the radio, to control all cab electrics

So the wiper switch(multi-function switch) is connected to the GEM, not to the wipers or relays directly

I would pull out the radio and just check the connectors on the GEM module
