I replaced the transmission, neutral safety switch. Before I replace this, the reverse light would blow the fuse as soon as it was placed in gear. After replacing the switch, the fuse blows when you take it out of reverse. It also made switching gears easier after the switch was replaced. So the switch was part of the problem, but I don’t know what the rest of it is.
