Electrical problem/New to the forum

Im 18 yrs old and new to the forum. Just bought my first truck, a 2000 Ranger. Love it.
I have an electrical issue. My front passenger head light will not work.
Tried the following
Replace bulb
Replace fuse
Install new bulb housing
Nothing seems to work and every time I turn my lights on to see if it works, the fuse blows.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum

2000 Head light wiring diagram below

Fuse 8 is also connected to Fog light RELAY, not fog lights, just the relay in the engine fuse box, IF you have fog lights
If you have this relay then pull it out and see if fuse still blows

If not, or no relay, then you have a short in the Dark Blue/light green stripe wire running to passenger side headlight low beam

Check at rad support pass thru and look at harness in engine bay for any damage
Was this vehicle ever in a front end accident?
