2wd swap to a 4wd

Will it work or other things have to be change too ??

You must do A LOT of fab work. Not something the average Joe can do. Best bet is to just trade the truck for something thats already 4wd. BTW you posted this is in the wrong section.

you could do a solid axle on the front. just need a transfer case and driveshafts. but you have to pretty much redo your entire front suspension for that.

Tcase, front axle(dana 30 or dana 44), yota steering box, coils or leafs, trans mods at the transshop, driveshafts, shifter through floor, etc.

wow did not relized it take a lot of redo to have it done so it better off buying a truck that already 4x4, but thanks for the input
