B)light bar, which takes only a few minutes to install (unless you are like some who cant remember the righty tighty thing)
C)Are those rear windows tinted? That is a soft top you know.....
D)Maybe a aftermarket front bumper, but that wont hold you back, its still a mud monster.

No lift = tires are not a "mod". Lift to fit biggers tires makes the tires a "mod".

This is a modded Jeep:


If you look (and look closely) there are different axles, 39 IROCs, now a 454, a little of this, a little of that. How is that for "modded"?

That Jeep has some "after-factory options". Anyone can do wheels, tires, and ****, but that doesnt mean its "modded". If someone has a Tahoe on 22s, and otherwise its stock, is it "modded"? No.

BTW, I am not being an "***", I am telling it how it is. That is two COMPLETELY different things.

Bigger than stock and requiring some kind of clearancing (lift, cutting fenders, etc.) = mod.

Just a way of life. I dont write the book on these things

 

First off I don't care what you think dirty. Secondly Im not into big time offroading/rock crawling so the few mods on the neighbor's Jeep are cool enough for me. And for the record is lifted on 33s not stock on 31s.
