Failed contributor payment.

I recieved and email from PayPal about a failed payment for level 1 contributor status. It was ForuMedia inc. wasn't that Rick?

Anyways the email states they will try again on feb 7th.

HOWEVER, this morning I juat received an email stating Internet brands was able to successfully take my money for level 3 contributor status.

Can someone from the admin team clear this up for me?

Thanks

For the Forumedia charge, yes that was Rick. I looked and see that that subscription hasn't been active since the '12-'13 year. It sounds like the subscription is still active in your paypal account, but can't be processed since Rick's account is closed. You should go into your paypal settings and make sure the subscription has been cancelled.

For the level 3 subscription, it's gone to the correct place and it's the one that should be active. If you don't want it to auto renew every year you'll have to cancel that subscription in your paypal settings as well.

If you're wanting a refund or anything like that you can pm me the transaction ID and I'll have to get in touch with Nolan to have the refund processed.

Does that help?
