I'm pretty sure its always been there, maybe comes standard with the forums.

Or could be with the theme thats running on here.

No it doesnt, its a mod that has to be done..

It went away with the server change mentioned, but they re-did it , along with several, little but noticible things

Yeah, a lot of stuff has made its way back, but I believe it did that either early this week, or last week. Hell, I don't remember when I put it back in. :)
