Pictures in the sig

Pictures in the sig

why am i not allowed to put .gif or .img files in my sig????

you can only put the ones from the smiley box in there i think

that didnt answer my question... why am i nor anyone else allowed to put these files in the sig??? i have seen a lot of other forums that allow this... i have a wonderful .gif i wanna put there...

I see them in other forums....like that camaro one. I find them to be too distracting to the content. You just fly past the reply/remark/comment. imo.

Nothing new. Never been allowed since day 1 and probably never going to be. Personally, I've always found them to be obnoxious.

Yeah. It's not bad if you put a limit on them like 400x150 at the largest.

But it gets annoying having huge 1200x600 banners for sigs. I like not having them hear. Keeps the posts less cluttered.

Imagine loading everypage on the site and having to load 2 pictures for every post (one is an avatar). It would take forever. And sigs get annoying enough with the length without having pictures in them also. On the avatar note, if you have an avatar why would you need a picture in your sig also?

Just my opinion. If its annoying to people then shut off the Signiture using your User PC options.


If that is a option here lol
