Have you thought about sending your designs to Cafepress? Would be less cash output for you, and the forum would receive a percentage of the proceeds. Our falcon club uses it, and its been pretty successful.

They never made money off of the other shirt runs so I don't see why this run would. Shirts were just for members to rock the site name on a shirt. no profits were made

Unless you're ordering hundreds or thousands of the same shirt the cost is to high to make them for the site to turn a profit.

I am still looking but unless I change the design and opt for only one color the cost is too high. The cheapest quote I have received is $21 per shirt and that does not include shipping costs. Zach ended up eating quite a bit of the cost on past clothing runs, which is why we have not had one since.

Not that I am an active member here anymore... but for reference, when I used to make shirt orders - the shirts were costing me approximately $7 per shirt. one color. printed front/back.

ya'll just need the right LOCAL tshirt company. not some big online chain

Yeah I just ordered a few shirts for the rock climbing club I'm in. $15 printed front and back. Look for a local shop and ship them in small envelopes. Would cost like $5
