Stand alone ECU for 1998 2.5L SOHC I4 engine

I am building a 1998 Ford Ranger with a 2.5L SOHC I4 engine by upgrading to forged rods, forged 8.5:1 pistons, BoPort 1.5 cam with adjustable cam gear, T3/T4 CX Racing ceramic ball bearing turbo, 75 lb/hr injectors, Waldron 255 LHP fuel pump, stronger valve springs to complement the cam, intercooler, remote oil filter, oil catch can and 3” exhaust with high flow muffler. My biggest problem is the finding a good MLS head gasket and a standalone ECU that would be good for 15-20 PSI boost control to get 200 who. I have an 8.8 rear end and a stage 2 clutch setup with the standard 5 speed manual transmission.
any suggestions on the ECU and where to get the MLS Steel head gasket?
