i wonder if you're going to have to go through the list of contributors to see who joined when, and tell them they're time is up whenever manually, thru email or PM or whatever, and reset their stuff by hand.. that would suck. it should be automatic.

Well Mr Dorton I beg to differ, if it is set-up correctly it will AUTOMATICALLY renew just ask the few that host with me on a monthly basis and the one that hosts with me on 6 month basis. The money will automatically be pulled on the date they signed up. Below you will see a brief walk through

Login to paypal click Merchant Tools>Subscriptions & Recurring Payments>
Then scroll to
(Third section on the page)
Regular billing cycle
Subscription price: Bill the subscriber for (This amount will be billed now, or as soon as any trial periods are over)
Continue to bill the subscriber for this amount on a recurring basis?
^^ Can anyone tell me what recurring basis means?

From there it is self explanatory. But if you need the help feel free to ask me I will happily walk you through it.

But it can still be configured that way, all you have to do is link it in.

how about a discount once we need to renew that doesn't have the stickers for free for thoose of us who already have them?
