First of all I want to say this to Gale Banks Engineering

Now here's why.
I have owned my 2004 F-350 Diesel for a year now (maybe longer off and on). I refused to run anything banks after they screwed up my order for my 6-gun back in the day. It came eventually, after I had already gone somewhere else and bought my Hypertech that's on there now. Okay so I thought things would be done.

Well now that I have my Online Store and business I get things at cost so I read up on their Monster Exhaust for the 2005 F-250s and decided to order one even though I really wanted a Bully Dog 5". Well that was a huge mistake. Sure I got my order this time in a timely manner but did it come correct? NO! First of all, last friday I receieved 2 of 3 boxes. Then Monday I got the last of them. All would be good right? WRONG! They sent the exhaust for an F-ing EXTENDED CAB! I dont have an Extended cab, I have a crew cab! I have sold two other exhausts from Banks so far and only one of the two have come correct. As of right now I stick by my original thought on Gale Banks Engineering.. I refuse to recommend them to anyone.

In the end, everything is settled today, I get paid to ship back the Banks Exhaust and I get my Bully Dog 5" I originally wanted. This makes my new 2005 F-250 fully bully dog. I have the powerpup with outlook monitor and now the bully dog 5" exhaust soon to come.

So here's to you Gale Banks...

My pops has a big hoss kit on his F350 7.3 and It rocks. They didnt mess anything up.

Sorry but I love Them. I would not use anyone else due to the customer service that I have recieved. I mean hell, They now supply all SWI LLC trucks with Monster Exhaust at killer prices and Banks upgrades installed by DSI.

 

maybe its like any other company some people say its the best customer service ever and other say they would not be catch dead sporting their product. I don't know they seem to make good products from what I have read.

 

i dislike banks cause u pay for the name. ill never buy the brand.

I wasnt impressed by the exhaust I received either way. Didnt pay much for it but either way.. But Bully Dog 5" is the way to go and thats what we originally wanted...

 

I have also herd about the banks product, what i herd was very bad, one of my electrical costimers is a doctor and he has a 05 f-350 excab lifted with all banks system, he spent over 2000$ on it and it sucks, banks told him all these lies about u can get better gas milage using the hp ur truck isnt getting now and he hauld with it and that was the main reason to make the long story short he sewed Banks abd won over 5k and he gets to keep the system and he bought a Bully Dog system and he loves it So what i hear go Bully not Banks

 

guess what, im taking all the diesel arguing out of this thread. i dare you to bring it up again.....

 

He is not the only one I have heard this story about. I will admit that back in the day when Gale Banks was one of the only ones, he did have amazing products but they have since been surpassed. Im sorry but have you guys seen the aFe intakes and MBRP exhausts! I love the MBRP on my 04 F-350 and would have gone that route again but I needed something showy like the 5" Bully dog. Banks needs to get their heads out of their asses and start doing something to keep their customers. They lost 4 sales from my 2 mishaps.. its sad but they didnt even care
