Big Thanks to Jusnes Modified and Bamachips

I just recieved my X2 from Doug of www.bamachips.com which I ordered from Bob and Kris through there website www.jusnesmodified.com. First off the customer service I received from Bob alone was awesome. Every question I had for him he was able to answer, if he wasnt able he asked Doug and immediately let me know.

Talking to Bob on AIM he advised me of an approximate time of delivery for it if I was to order on 12/16/2005. I was given a very reasonable time frame of 1-2 weeks due to the holidays and having the tuners available(this alone shows you what good customer service they give, there were no lies about about shipping or the product and I could not thank them enough). I was cool with this and submitted my order, on Monday I received a update on my order from Jusnes Modified indicating my order had shipped, AWESOME. I received the tuner today 12/21/2005. I am extremely impressed by there customer service and also Doug's tuning capabilities.

Now on to the Tuner, Doug is the man(as many of you know already) for tuning the 4.0 SOHC among other ranger engines. I would highly recommend his product and expertise to anyone. I was only able to get around the block once but my truck has more power now then it was when it was stock, even with the 33s and lift. My speedometer is dead on once again and throttle response is awesome. In a couple days I will be able to give some mileage numbers for increase on the 93 performance tune that I am on right now.

In closing both companies are awesome to deal with. I will be doing alot more business in the future with them and I know I will have the best experience in doing so. I strongly recommend dealing with these guys if you have parts or anything you need for you vehicles.

Great! I can't wait to get my tuner reprogrammed for my new truck! I think the 35s and RCD will have to come first though! Glad you like yours as much as I liked mine.

Those two are on the TOP of my "Businesses I like to deal with" list. They are nice, kinda nd will answer any question until I was blue in the face. They care about your truck and project, and want to help.

Bamachips + Jusnes Modified > Everyone else.

After driving it to work and home I am even more impressed. I messed around with a blazer and ram on the highway and before I new it I was over 100. I was surprised how fast it got up there. Zabeard you have a challenge next time you come up.

Thanks so much, guys - the guys do their absolute best to take care of their customers, and they don't believe in lying just to make a sale. (Hell, they don't believe in lying point blank!) Since they are both currently out of town, the business is left in my hands (with coaching, of course!), and I know it means a lot us to know we have the support of y'all - you are a great bunch of people here at R-F!! :)

Let us know if we can help with anything else!!
