Firestone Car Service Center

Went to get 4 new tires the other day. Had a Firestone card and, well, I'm low on funds. Got Bridgestone REVOS 2 years ago and after about 25,000 miles they're pritty much shot. Walked in and was talking to the salesman. Debating the REVOS again or Dest A/Ts. Told him about the tires wearing fast. Discussed a few things that could cause them to wear quick. I am hard on 'em. Asked if I had the paperwork from that purchase. Unfortunately they were lost when I moved. He asked how many miles was it about and I told him about 25,000. He said to me well being you're a loyal customer and we want to keep you. I'll give you a tire for free, $157.xx. (went with the REVOS again, Love how they stick to the road) I was like, DAMNNN! OK. Way"ta go Firestone!

glad they helped you out like that!

might i ask how you managed to go through a set of Revo's in 25k??? i have over 35K and i beat them to death and still think i will make the 50k mark or close to it.

FYI for everybody. rotate and balance your tires every 6-7k, watch you air pressure, and get an alignment if you need one and your tires will last you longer

Honestly I don't know why they wore so quick. Balanced and rotated every 3-5 K. Alignment is good. I do mostly highway miles and alittle heavy on the pedal. Don't know? Bad batch? Only reason I went with them again was the so many "good" reviews I've seen. Some though like mine, quick wear. If they go quick again... I won't get them again.

I have 35K on my Revos, & they should make 50K easy!
& I got Firestone's "lifetime" alignment, get a "free" alignment whenever I want (usually about once a year)
