Summit Racing gets an A+ rating from me.

For me being located in Ontario,Canada, buying stuff from the States is usually a big expensive hassle with import and brokerage fees and not to mention the exchange rate either. That deal that looks good usually ends up costing the same or more than I could have gotten the same thing here for.

However, I just bought a set of rims online from Summit Racing and their customer service is fantastic. I goofed and orderd 15x7 rims instead of 15x8's and realized my mistake and called them back shortly after and changed my order and they billed me accordingly and phoned me within an hour to confirm all my info.

The deal was done on a Saturday with the wheels being shipped out on Monday through ground UPS shipping,costing me $83.

Amazingly,it only took 3 days for them to arrive! Usually I have to wait over a week before I see my items I order from the states.

Great company to deal with and friendly service. Don't hesitate to deal with them, I am extremely impressed with their service and quick shipping.

 

I love driving down there. I get my stuff over night from them since I am so close. I get to act like a big shot saying yea...I overnighted it.

 

I use Summit a lot. So far they have done me good. Now I have a ton of freaking Summit stickers though. I am running out of places to put them.

I was surprised to get my wheels in 2 days,especially coming from the states,but they only came from Ohio,so that's why they got here so fast. Order was processed Monday and they arrived Wednesday before noon.

If I didn't get raped so much on import and brokerage fees,I would deal with them all the time.

 

My previous orders haven't been as great as they used to be. I'm still waiting on them to ship $2100 worth of drivetrain equip that I ordered in JUNE! Last order was a Foxbody clutch cable & quadrant, website said they were back ordered on the cable and had a wait on the quad, well they shipped it all the next day and I missed the UPS while in Scotland and had a headache to figure out.

I think I'll be ordering locally from now on, especially with the Canadian Dollar so worthless now.

I love Summit Racing as well. Wish they sold more stuff!

I keep getting 30 and 50$ coupons off on orders. I love it, they always come at a perfect time too!
