ok so i was searching around for a place to get my dual gauge pod and being the cheap *** i am figured that theyre all the same item, for all the same price, so i might as well try to find the lowest for shipping. So i picked some random company because it would be about 8$ less them summit... i get an email saying "its on the way" which i think means its shipped... so i email a week later and they say its back ordered. WTF, so i ***** and stuff and got a refund as well as some discount codes for the website if i ever need anything from them...

so i say screw it and just get it from summit racing, costs a little extra but who cares i say. So its like 8pm or w/e and i order. Well i wake up today 10.00am and its here lol... 14hours to ship lol. granted im about 30 mins away from them, but the fact that they got it to fedex soo fast is just incredable, and i had information given to me the inter 14 hours through emails...

summit racing is the **** i only use them just because if you select the standard shipping its 99% always here in 24hours... hell my BFG T/A's where here in like 11 hours...thats nutz

 

i get 90% of my orders from them the next day as well. its nice.

that is why i will even pay a bit more if i have to to get it from them

 

Bingo and also Jeff if you call summit and find it cheaper online somewhere else they will price match damn near always

 

id only save 5 cents... shipping is what killed me becaues it was 9 for handling and 3 for tax....

they are great, my buddy had a set of headers that started to rust, they were ceramic coated from hooker( lifetime warrenty), summit told him to send them backa nd they will look at it, well we are only 3 hours fromt hem, so he drove down and wasnt in the store 10 mins and had a brand new set of hearders no questions asked.... they are great!!!!

 

i also love summit......DONT BUY FROM 4 WHEEL PARTS!!!!

i tried to get mine from Summit but they wouldn't price match 4 wheel parts because the price i was paying wasn't advertised........I wish i wouldve paid the little extra to get them from summit!!!! i will definately know next time.!

 

they wouldnt at first for mark either. so he said no thanks and called back got someone else. they did then

 

LOL I spent way to much time on the phone with Summit for Mark, ended up saving him more money and getting his stuff in time for the lift.

No worries, just glad that summit was able to hook him up. 2nd day air on a wheel from Nevada to get it here on time for no charge. Pricematched everything that he ordered. BEST SUMMIT EVER!!!!

Well i didnt have my tires pricematched from 4wp, just the wheels. Summit price matched the tires from a website online.

I had one problem with summit, but other than that they are great. I ordered my AAL's on friday, and did next day shipping to get the so i could put them on, on saturday. Well next day shipping for that was 21$....Well it didnt come, so i called them and they said i picked the next day, not the next day SATURDAY shipping, so i was pissed and they refunded my shipping $

I love summit that's where I get just about everything, and if they don't have what you want they can get it,. I have so many hats and stickers from them it's rediculous.

 

The thing about summit is if they refuse to pricematch.. make them call and get the price...(this is easier if u live in ohio because if you are there in person they are even better with the service)

 

i wouldnt really consider that a problem because no offense it was your mistake, and they refuned your shipping money even though they didnt have too...

 

How was it my mistake? I clicked next day shipping , if i knew there was another part for next day SATURDAY i would have clicked it, no point in paying 21$ for next day if its not going to be there until monday....

But your right it wasnt that big of a problem because they made it right and gave me my shipping $ back....

So summit is a good company
