Same experiences here with Summit. Kudos to Summit!!!

I ordered a rear bumper from them couple years ago when i first got into an accident(different ballgame) for whatever reason the salesguy rep told me the particular bumper would fit my Flareside.

I got the bumper in like 2 days, bolt it up the next day and it's too wide!! Pissed me off just because the bumper was beautiful!! chrome with diamond plating.

Get on the phone with Summit, they get the bumper exchanged for my cold air intake. They refunded me some money and said they were sorry so i'd admire that for there honesty fixing there screw ups. Keep it up Summit Racing!! -Mike-

Summit = Great espacially since they've now got a store here in GA. I don't have to order next day and I still recieve it then. Only problem I have is they don't have my next big order in stock, that being the cam for my 2.8L. Don't guess I can blame them for that one though, not many people want parts for that motor so it costs them money having them in stock.

I'm making a road trip (even though its only an hour) down there tomorrow to hopefully pick up a tonneau cover, window visors, and a locking tailgate latch.

edit: didn't go so well....

When I was big into building my mustang I bet I spent $8,000 with summit racing. I have a stack of stickers from them 6 inches thick. I have always had excellent customer service and shipping from them. When I ordered my TFS Twisted Wedge heads for my 5.0 I first ordered the pedestal mount rocker arm version and bought new Motorsport rockers but they were on backorder due to a redesign. After waiting a few months and calling once in a while to check on the progress I was told that the stud mount heads would be done first and I could save my place in the order line and just switch head orders. So, I switched and ordered new rockers being told that I should have my new heads in about 6 weeks. To my suprise my rockers and heads showed up 3 days later, I bout messed my shorts when I saw them sitting on my back steps. I love Summit and have bought stuff from them for all my vehicles.

well....I ordered a set of kc slimlites yesterday around noon and guess what? They have got to be the only store to use a rocketship to deliver the goods since my lights were here at 9:10 this morning. I'd say that's pretty quick. kudos to them. :)

Summit racing if your gonna buy tires come inside....

OK boy's and girl's. been ordering my BFG's from summit only company i like/trust and has everything shipped nexted day even with regular shipping. well normally summit is the cheapest around well i went digging before i bought my tires and found www.Tiresavings.com has 32x11.5x15 for $123 a tire and Summitracing is $134.95. well after having a lovely conversation on the phone each time here i ordered them they priced matched to the $123 for me no problems at all. so if your gonna buy BFG's from summit check tiresavings.com first and see if its cheaper...

i couldnt find BFG a/t anywhere else cheaper.

got to love summit!

I would have ordered my rims and tires from Summit because initially they are cheaper. I checked prices at Summit and Tirepackage.com and Tirepackage.com was about 100 bucks total shipped less than Summit. Well Summit would match that but then Tirepackage.com also added a lifetime warranty on all four tires, if one gets a flat, get it plugged and send them the bill as well as other warranty issues such as blow outs and stuff. Otherwise Summit has ALWAYS been good to me and that's where I have ordered everything but my rims and tires.

I recently made an attempt to use some of my military benefits and found www.emilitarytires.com, but you can only get there from the link on www.usmc-mccs.org. If any of you guys are in the armed services, you can buy from them for 124 a tire plus a very small shipping charge for BFG AT's 33/12.50.

Summit is the bomb on stuff I can buy from them though but a lot of the performance parts I use on my other cars can't be bought from them.

Pretty cheap, but 4wheel parts will mount and balance them for free, which is worth paying the extra $10 a tire

Summit Racing....

man those guys and gals are good......my mom got me 4 new gauges for my bday....the diff temp gauge had a pressure sending unit in it instead of a temp sending unit.....

well to make a long story short, i called them last Monday and they said they would contact AutoMeter and have them send me a temp sending unit.....haven't recieved it yet and AutoMeter says it went out on the 1st of November.....called Summit today and told them that i haven't got it yet and to see what was going on........they told me that they would have another one sent out from AutoMeter and if both show up to just keep them both....

what customer service.....
