ordered my spark plugs and wires from them because the price they have the plugs listed for can be beat... they came quickly and were well packaged...

only problem i had with them was they sent me a mixed box of wires which is hard to understand why that would happen but it did. so i email them about it and got three emails back monday, the first was a formal appology and instructions on what to do, second was the information on how to ship the item back and third was a prepaid shipping label for the return.


overall im very impressed, they made a mistake but they corrected it very quickly and without any questions or hesitation.

id recommend them for sure, everyone makes mistakes but this is the first time ive gotten help with a refund
