Coolant leak, from under the ranger looks like top left side area of bellhousing and on the thick harness clamped to bellhousing bolt on the left side, it is wet also

 

Most likely its a pin hole leak in heater hose spraying over to that location

Or if you have a Heated PCV Valve on drivers side top rear of valve cover then one of those hoses may be leaking
