Have you heard this? (Vid)

So, every now and then I have this rattling sound on my cab. Seems to be coming from the left side, behind/under the vent on the dashboard. Weird thing is I have to be grabbing the wheel for the sound to be heard. I've taken apart the whole driver's side of the dashboard, including the radio bezel, and moved wires and stuff around to see where the sound comes from but I've had no luck. I don't have to be driving for the sounds to come off

Here's the sound. [Sorry for the crappy video, I was driving late at night when it happened]

If any of you guys have heard that sound and found out what it was, or have an idea of what it could be, lemme know... it drives me nuts every time I hear it.

Thanks for the help.

At first, ti did it only when there were bumps, but now it does it even if I am at a red light. It has something to do with the steering wheel... Sounds come from the back of the dashboard...
