I have a 88 ranger 4WD date 6-88 that needs a new front end. I have found one from a 89 4WD date 11-88 . are these interchangable? The ratio is the same . the only differance I can see is the 89 has a sway bar & mine does not . (it appears that there are some extra holes in the frame where the sway bar could mount ). I can live without the sway bar I just need the new front end . so anyone know if these axles are interchangable with eaqch other. I was hoping to pull the new one with radius arms installed & pull mine with radius arms installed & just sliding the 89 right in ?
