i've got 2 very completely different questions so i'll strat with the harder one first, what kind a a splice do you guys recommend i use for my wire harness on my HID's i bought a 9007 HID kit but the idiot sold me a wire harness for a 9006 and told me to just splice it in so i did and my lights still aren't working i hook it all up and when ig ot to turn it on i can hear the driver side ballast spark or buzz and thne nothing, so i'm not sure if the lifght is fried, if it is a bad ground, or if it is a bad splice. I know the info is very vague but any help would be great.

The second question is for those that have mounted there ligts behind the grille, did you guy have to drill new mounting holes or did you use factory holes in the bumper.
