Better than expected MPG '03 4.0 4x4

Since my work car is in the shop, I had the option of renting a car and being reimbursed or just driving the Ranger and getting free gas. Since it needed a tank of gas anyway and I'm around town (local) today and tomorrow I just decided on driving it. Drove about 240 miles today (about 3/4 highway @ 70mph) and got 18.2 MPG. Not too shabby and better than I excpected out of it. I guess all my tune up & fluid changes I've done since I bought it 2 months ago have worked plus I'll end with a free full tank once tomorrow is over with. In the 2 months I've had it I've only put about 600 miles on it so it's probably good to get it out and drive some.
