does anyone know about heaters. I started truck and the fan workd for about 15 minutes then quit . Now no fan control at all.

 

check fuses first

 

heater??? what the hell is that?? i dont have one lol... well i do but its sitting on top of my toolbox in the shop.

 

If the fan fuse is OK , the next (and most likely) cause is the blower resistor .
It is mounted below and just to the right of the blower motor.
The resistor pack has a thermal fuse that is not replaceable , you must replace the resistor pack.
Be prepared that the connector most probably will also be done for.
Mine was not only corroded but partially melted.
