Icon3 Suggestions with 150k miles

Hey guys so im new and all and need your help. I have a 97 ranger with a 4.0 with 150,000 miles. I just got a job delivering autoparts at a ford dealership. Its pretty fun and i have to supply my own truck. I drive about 180 miles a day. So my question to you guys is what are some things i should keep an eye out for. i recently did an oil change, new brakes and fuel filter is next on the list. Do you guys recommend anything else?? plugs maybe? thanks again guys.

Ok sounds good. Another question i stop at alot of body shops, car shops, and im wondering if i should just leave the car running while i go drop of the products. You know like how the cops never turn off the car incase the started decides to take a crap on me while out there. Would this be better for me??

I would also recommend doing a power steering fluid change and radiator flush.

I don't know about leaving the truck running. I would not let it run more than 5-10 mins.

From my experience with parts guys dropping things at work...it only takes about 45 seconds max. Let it idle, Keep it clean, Keep an eye on bearings and brakes.
