Tight Fit!!

Looking to buy a utility atv, anybody ever try and fit a atv in the back of their ranger??

If i take my toolbox out i can fit my artic cat 500 4x4 in the bed but its a real tight fit

Once its in you cant get into the bed except maybe with your hand to reach something or under the atv is a lil bit of storage space for like ramps or something

my Polaris Predator fit in no problem before the rollbars. bought a trailer after that so i haven't tried since then.

could barely fit my arcitc cat 300 in the bed. only did it once. got a nice little $100 trailer after that.

I have a stepside and also a Honda TRX450 put it in the bed all the time, made a rack that sits above the wheelwells. Best thing is it leaves lots of room underneath for storage and with the quad up so high I can get an ice chest and gear bag under it along with two five gallon gas cans next to the tailgate looks a little funny going down the road as the bottom of the rims are at bed rail height but it is stable even when climbing up some pretty big rock covered hills.

My beartracker 250 will fit with tailgate up. Mostnew ATV's are longer so you my have to trailer
