hello i would like to attach my tool box with the new speed latch system, here is the link http://speedlatch.net/product.htm it would be great when i have to take out my box for my kayaks. i was wondering if anyone has tried it and if so what have they thought about it.

 

its cool but you'd have to cut a decent sized opening into your box. I rather just drill 1 small hole and run a J-bolt with a nut. it takes literally 5 minutes tops to undo them.

 

You didn't look at it good enough 99offroad...you drill a 3/8" hole and thats it.

Looks like a good idea as long they only get $23 for a pair of them.

 

I got a set of something at Lowes that I used that didn't have me cut anything... I don't know the name of it but they were pretty cheap... putting them in took all of 5 minutes same for removal...
