hey all i have a 88 ranger 2.9 and when I start it up it runs mint until it warms up I bought a fuel pressure regulator and put in new plugs and wires and it didn't help at all please help me out if ya have any ideas thank you

 

im haveing kinda the same problem, once it gets warm it has no power and it wont rev past 3,000rpm im still trying to figure out the problem

While you are driving it sputters? Like it is going to die on you?

 

yeah that it i ended up figuring it out it was a bad throttle pos. senser
