Hey guys,
I'm looking at getting a topper for my 95 extended. I want it to be fiberglass and in good shape, as well as being black to match my truck. I have been looking on craigslist for some time now and all the toppers I find are either over 800 bucks or are not black or they're missing windows, failing paint, etc.
Just curious on your guys' take on the matter!

New ones are far from cheap... why not pick up something a different colour and have it painted to match? Shouldn't be too expensive to get it done.

 

craigslist! Seriously. Or start scouring junk yards. I searched for two years for a nice white cap for my truck with no results. I walk into my local jy one day and there all of a sudden are three to choose from. Patience my friend. I had a bright blue one and a beat up silver one before that. Lost a combined 250 bucks buying and selling those two caps.
