Gimme some info about maybe getting my 03 lifted for more clearance. It's a 4 by and I ain't looking to do any rock crawling, just wanna be able to avoid any damage underneath driving on back roads that get a little "rocky" How high can I go without having to replace the tires/wheels? Thanks for reading.

 

You can go 20" lift without getting new tires and wheels but it will just look ugly. As far as the lift is concerned it has been covered thousands of times and a search will bring it up.

Body lift, 1-3"
Superlift, 4"
RCD lift, 5.5" (has been discontinued so you would have to find used)
Dixon Bros Long travel or other long travel kits will give you different amounts of lift.
