Engine swap 96 b4000 4.0 into 94 b4000

Engine swap 96 b4000 4.0 into 94 b4000
I am looking to install a 4.0L and transmission from my 96 b4000 into a 94 B4000 4.0L. The 96 has rust/frame issues however motor has 103K and the transmission was recently rebuilt. The 94 has a perfect rust free frame but 4.0L has 323K on the motor with a bad oil leak. Any compatibility issues with the swap? Thanks for your time.
