Missfire check engine light blinking
It's an 04 the chain rattles I'm debating about putting tensioners in it and I'll check fuel pressure and do a comp test it's been going on for the Better part of 5-6k I'm also gonna look in to o2 now upstream 02 would be pre cat the first sensor on the exhaust system for both banks

What year is the 4.0l SOHC?
Whole bank misfiring reads like a common issue with this engine, timing chain has gotten loose and slipped, so you have low compression on Bank 1, Bank 2 is a separate chain.
It was most common on 1997 to 2005 engines, but any year could be effected
Compression test would be next step, to either take it off the table or to find out it is the problem and save money on buying un-needed parts.
Yes, new spark plugs would get lower compression cylinders working again, but only for awhile then they would start to get carbon fouled from unburn fuel.
4.0l SOHC uses 9.7:1 compression, so expect above 170psi per cylinder
Many shops can hook up a Laptop to the OBD2 port and do an electronic compression test, takes all of 10 minutes, works very well, pretty accurate for this purpose.
So make a few calls see what they want for that test
If it is not compression, then at 180k miles I would change the two upstream O2 sensors, they should be changed every 125k in any case
Then test fuel pressure, 65psi is expected.
Lower intake vacuum leak on bank 1 is a maybe but extreme long shot
Flashing Check engine light(CEL) means "engine damage could occur" while this light flashes, so you want to back off the throttle until light stops flashing

thanks, Austin
