So everything was running fine. I get up in the morning last week. Start it and whammo.. idle all over the place. wants to stall. But, if I rev above 1500 or so.. no problem at all. So what I have done so far. Alternator and battery fine, fuel pressure perfect, plugs and wires changed, Air intake valve changed. . Any ideas??? The code is a generic vacuum leak small.. but that has been there a year. Also..after this started haooening a new code ..lean fuel mixture.

 

Bag gas?

When did you add gasoline last?

"Bad gas" means gasoline with more water in it than usual
All gasoline will have some water in it, and water is heavier than gasoline so will settle to the bottom of the tank, when vehicle sits overnight
So in the morning................you suck up a bunch of water.

 

Thanks for replying. I thought about that. Drained gas.. no extra water. Also.. changed plugs. Nothing showed in old plugs.
