1998 Ford Ranger 4x2 3.0L
I have an electrical connection port that is open/ not connected. Its located on the passenger side of the engine bay 3/4 of the way towards the front of the bay. It sits just above the fluid reservoirs. See attached photo. Can anyone tell me what is supposed to be plugged into this port if anything?

Washer Pump or level?

I would expect the hood light to be farther back in the bay

Not a clue just guessing :)
