Rear Drum Brake Self Adjusting Cable

Hey all, I’ve got a 2000 3.0L ranger and I had my rear drum brake self adjuster cable snap. I am trying to figure out if I need the 9inch length cable or the 10inch length cable. Anything helps!

you need to measure inside of drum to see if it’s 9 or 10 inches. Some have max diameter stamped on outside of drum.

On Rangers pretty easy to tell

10 inch drums are smooth outside

9 inch drums have fins
