Starter relay
Welcome to the forum
Starter relay is in the engine fuse box
And there is a solenoid/relay on the starter motor itself
The Starter relay in the engine fuse box needs to be GROUNDED by the PATS(passive anti-theft system) before it can be activated by turning the key to START position
If you see a Flashing THEFT light on the dash then PATS has NOT grounded the starter relay so no crank
Fuse 21 in the Cab fuse box(5amp) provides the 12volts to activate the starter relay, so if its blown then no crank
You can get your Owners Manual here: https://www.ranger-forums.com/genera...1-models-3747/
It will show the fuse and relay layouts for the 2007 Ranger
