Welcome to the forum

Injectors should have 12volts with key on, test that on any easy to get to injector wire

Look at the CEL(check engine light), it should come on with key on
It should go OFF when starter motor starts to crank engine over<<<<<this means computer has a timing pulse from distributor so will start opening injectors

The distributor/TFI module sends a timing pulse to computer when engine starts to spin/turn over, only then will computer start injectors

If CEL doesn't come on then either bulb is burned out OR computer has no power

Long shot
Unplug the 3 wire connector on Throttle sensor(TPS)
Then try to start

All fuel injection computers have a Clear Flooded Engine mode, it shuts off fuel injectors if RPMs are 0 and throttle shows Wide Open(WOT)
So shorted TPS could turn off fuel injectors, but.............if engine starts up by adding fuel manually then it would override Clear Flooded Engine when engine is above 400rpms
