Truck wakes up while parked in the garage then goes back to sleep

I know that sounds silly but I don't know how else to describe it.
While I'm in the garage every once in a while the Ranger makes noise like opening the driver's door. I kind of think it wakes up once in a while and phones home. Maybe it's trying to communicate with the Ford app on my phone. I'm sure it's doing what it's supposed to be doing but I would like to know more about it. My wife says it's creepy and possessed haha. If anyone knows what going on please let me know.

That seems to be "normal" depending on your options

Google: 2020 Ford clicking noise when off

It can be sitting for days and start making noises then stop randomly

Nope, not a clicking noise. It sounds more like a small electric motor kicking on for a couple of seconds. It is exactly the same noise when you open the drivers side door. Maybe it's something to do with the security system? The wireless internet modem for the house is right above it.
I had the Ranger connected to the internet right after I bought it but later turned it off. I also signed out of the FordPass app on my cell phone but nothing has stopped it from making noise yet. It does it randomly about every three or four hours but sometimes less often sometimes more often.
Maybe I should call a Priest!

Haha, well I'm sure it's something it's supposed to do. I'm sure not going to worry about it much. Maybe somebody will post what it is. One of these days I'll be back at the dealer and I will ask them.

Thanks!!!

Our current Subaru's, a 2013 and a 2018, and several previous do/did the same thing.
Occasionally a noise like a small electric motor would come from the rear section.
Turns out there is a small powered valve that relieves pressure in the fuel system if the vehicle sits for awhile. More noticeable on warm/hot days. Is very noticable on ours as they sit in a garage, so the sound is "magnified"
Maybe the Rangers have the same type of set up ???

Could be I suppose. I was in the garage most of the day yesterday and never heard it make a peep. I never drove it yesterday either.
