Windows aren’t going down, windshield wipers aren’t working, speedometer isn’t going up or down, dome light doesn’t turn on, side mirrors don’t move When I drive it takes a while to change gears and it jerks and changes O/D light blinking

 

Inside fuse panel, check fuse #26 10amp

Underhood fuse box, check fuse #1 50 amp

 

when I connect the fuse #26 it blows right away
