Yellow with a violet trace….
How could 2 seemingly harmless colours cause so much grief…
putting a 2.3 from a 2019 Ranger into an off-road racer I’m building… but having some trouble with the stand alone wiring. I got what I could from the truck but some wires were just hacked out by the wreckers! Can anyone who has or knows their way around the wiring diagrams answer the following? Sit down with a beer and trace wires for me!!! Ambient air temp. GNBU goes to pin 31 of PCM. Where does YEVT go?
Intake air. VTGY goes to pin 56, where does YEVT go?
Boost sensor. GNBN goes to pin 17, YEGN goes to pin 15, but where does YEVT go? The thing I think I’m missing is a signal return.
I have only 1 free YEVT in my PCM plug which is at pin 36. It is called a signal return! Do I splice all 3?!?! It was cut at the pcm so I can’t see if it spliced in the loom or if they go somewhere else?
I’d be hugely grateful if someone could help….
Pin 47 has the alternator sense. The wire doesn’t go straight to the alternstor. It goes somewhere first… it’s BUBN. Can you tell me it’s routing?
Pin 64 of the pcm says fuse 28 or circuit breaker? Can someone see where that goes? Which is fuse 28 labelled as? Or should I just power it!

Must be the "Wiring Diagram" Book for/from the Ford 2019 Ranger Shop Manual Set
Ford makes these Shop Manual sets for every model every year, and sends them out to every Dealer
Wiring diagram book is often sold separately
And they are FREE, well you buy it and when done you resell it, just like the person you bought it from is doing, so FREE to use if you keep it in good condition
Someone will always want one
