Help with ID in front chassis?

Hello:
I need a new front tow bar, bumper attachment? (Not sure what it is called) for my 2001 ext cab 4x4 XLT. The hooks are fine, but the cross bar upfront is twisted. Not sure what the previous owner hit.

first, what is the part called so that I can look up at local junkyard

second, what model/years will work?
see picture

thanks!

Not called anything really it's part of the front frame, welded on so not available as a separate part

I would get a come-along and find a sturdy tree, lol
Try to bend it back to original shape if possible

Most Rangers in wrecking yards are there because of front end damage, but you may get lucky, need to cut the good one off and weld it back on in place of the bent one

Thread here on that piece: https://www.ranger-forums.com/genera...estion-111573/

1998-2011 is the year range. You can find them on any Ranger that has Torsion Bars for front suspension. The coil trucks do not have this crossmember.

-All 4x4 trucks
-Trailhead (2000 only), 2001-2005 Edge, and 2006+ Sport 4x2 trucks will also have this crossmember, with exception to 2008 or 2009 Regular Cab Sport trucks that have coil springs.
