Rattle sound on drivers front wheel area

Hi I’ve got a ford ranger 2005, ive got a issue and not to sure what it can be I’ve got a rattling sound coming from drivers side front wheel the tyre itself is fine I had the swing arm off the other day to do ball joint replacement but I’m still getting a loud rattling I’ve got new shocks so don’t think it’s that either but it’s every time you hit the tiniest bump the loudest loose metal Sounding rattle happens any advice would be great I’ve also checked to make sure nothing is loose which nothing is

Rubber hammer. Bang around that area, see if it happens.

Late to this party....busted sway bar link? If you drive easily, you might not detect any difference.
It's just a sleeved bolt with simple hardware; cheap online, quite dear from a store.
You have a Ford Ranger in Nottingham, UK? What engine / gears / transmission?
