2006 Ranger 2.3L Crank no start
2006 Ranger 2.3L Crank no start
So I’ve been working on trying to get it to start for a week now, I noticed there wasn’t any spark to the coils or plugs so I replaced it all and there’s still no spark. Fuel getting into the rail but not pushing out the injectors. The rpm gauge does not read any rpm when cranking. Compression in all cylinders is good. #1: 151psi #2: 150psi #3 155 psi #4:130 psi. I’ve checked for power for the connectors for the coils, crank sensor, and injectors and they all have the right voltage, couldn’t check resistance since I have a cheap meter. I also hooked up a scan tool and did not read any rpm’s, all the grounds are good, I had to retime it since I had to do some work, and I’m thinking maybe it’s out of time or jumped time? I used the tools to lock the crank and cams in place but the compression makes me think otherwise like it’s something with the ignition or something electrical ,I’ve checked all relays and fuses and they all work properly. Any advice would help me at this point lol.
