Whats the best Spark Plugs

Hey im going to be changing my spark plugs this weekend and im wondering what you guys think are the best ones built for the 4.0L SOHC

Autolite or Motorcraft plugs. I heard NGK plugs are good too. I run Bosch +4s on my truck (3.0L) but I don't know if they are any good for the 4.0 SOHC.
